Michelle has spent her entire career specialising in recruitment and has led some of the best recruitment teams in Perth and Sydney.

Skilled in best practice recruitment methodologies and the latest candidate attraction techniques, Michelle’s recruitment experience is all encompassing. It includes developing and facilitating assessment centres, succession planning, psychometric evaluation and redundancy out-placement.

Her passion has always been recruitment but also includes training, developing retention strategies, building employment brands and career coaching.

Michelle is in the unique position of having worked as a recruitment consultant in both agencies and as an internal recruiter for large organisations such as Coca-cola, BankWest, Honeywell, Spotless Services and Star City Casino.

James Young

James has spent the past decade working as a Business Development / Account Manager in HR and Job Network Employment Services, with extensive experience in recruitment, salary packaging and employee benefit provisions.

James’ passion has always been building strong relationships and contacts throughout WA in a range of industries. His greatest achievements have come when partnering with his clients to develop and implement strategies which facilitate long term growth and organisational stability.

James believes that it is only through the strength of these relationships, that he is able to succeed. This coupled with his strong customer service focus, ensures trust and longevity with every client he looks after.
